Bath Salts ~ Lavender Herbal Sea Bath Soak. Indulge yourself with a soothing bath to relieve anxiety and stress.

Fill bath with warm water. Add ¼ to 2 cups of RavenSong Sea Bath - close your eyes, relax and breathe deeply. Soak for a minimum of 15 minutes. Sea bath is detoxifying so rinse with warm water before exiting tub. Be sure to remain hydrated by drinking water throughout and after your sea bath. Use a few tablespoons to 1/4 cup for a soothing foot soak.
