Refund Policy
REFUND, EXCHANGE OR CREDIT
Handfashioned Fine Craft will refund, exchange or provide store credit (excluding final sale items listed below) for the full purchase amount (excluding shipping costs).
Starting October 1st, 2024 and ending on Dec 24th, 2024 a refund, exchange or store credit for the full purchase amount, with receipt, can be made until January 7th after in-store or online purchase. Online purchase must be post-marked by January 7th.
Returned items must be in saleable condition. FINAL SALE on gift certificates, pens, pencils, earrings, holiday themed and discounted merchandise.
To be eligible for a refund, exchange or credit, the item must be unused, in the same saleable condition and original packaging (if applicable) as when it was purchased. Depending on your place of residence, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If an item is received in damaged condition or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can correct the situation. Return postage for the damaged or wrong item will be covered by Handfashioned Fine Craft.

PRODUCT RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Please do not return the item to the artisan.

The package must be postmarked within 30 days of online purchase. Please include a copy of your receipt for proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for any returned item, (except in the case of a damaged item or wrong item received). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
