5-Year Quality Guarantee

Our 5-YEAR Quality Guarantee covers artisans defects in mechanisms, materials or workmanship on ALL products. It does not cover normal wear and tear, malfunction or deterioration due to accidents, negligence or misuse. It does not cover battery replacements in watches or clocks. It does not override any warranties the artisan may have on their product. 

If the purchased item is repairable or worth repairing, we will work with the Artisan and get it repaired at OUR cost. If the item is not repairable or it is cheaper to send a replacement, we will have the artisan send you a replacement at OUR cost. If the artisan cannot replace the item and it is not fixable, we will fully refund the full purchase price including any delivery or shipping costs. 

PRODUCT RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

If the item was purchased in-store then bring the item back to the store along with the purchase receipt.

If the item was shipped to you then please notify us by email that you have a defective product. Please describe in detail what is wrong with the item. Please provide pictures of receipt for proof or purchase. We will require photos and/or video of the defective item. 

We will work with you and the artisan to determine if the item needs to be repaired, replaced or refunded.
